The condo market is small on the Monterey Peninsula. Greater Carmel and Monterey have the largest selection. Greater Carmel, in the close-in part of Carmel Valley, has two large senior citizen complexes, Hacienda Carmel and Del Mesa Carmel. One must be 55 or older to buy.
Condo owners and potential buyers need to view the condo market as a separate entity. Although not cheap, nothing is here, condos do offer a lower -priced opportunity for buyers. We publish the reports quarterly. You will find here the archive of reports going back ten plus years. The current report you will find in HOT OFF THE PRESS.
